Q1：過敏體質者可以食用你們家產品嗎?
本公司產品大多都含有堅果、奶類製品，對其過敏者請謹慎食用。如有疑虑建議先與醫生諮詢。
Q2：我的小孩可以吃杏仁粉嗎?
如果寶寶已經在吃副食品的話，可以嘗試看看，我們董事長的女兒從六個月大時就開始食用杏仁粉了喔！但有乳糖不耐症或是對特定食物過敏的寶寶，食用前請先留意產品成份。
Q3：嚴選杏仁粉與經典杏仁粉的差别在哪？
嚴選杏仁與經典兩種最主要是品種不一樣，嚴選杏仁有包含特選的野生杏仁連皮一起研磨，而且內含單元不飽和脂肪酸(ω-3)的密度較高，況且外面的那層皮有豐富的抗氧化多酚，鈣質、膳食纖維、維生素E，營養價值較高。因此散發出淡淡苦香味，且營養價值較高。而經典杏仁粉選用優質甜杏仁，口感較為香甜，並且有分加糖與不加糖兩種口味供客人做挑選。
Q4：您們的杏仁那麼香，有添加人工化學添加物嗎?
我們的杏仁是採用長時間的低溫烘培技術，在不破壞杏仁的營養成份下，保留最自然香氣，並以特殊研磨技術，創造出濃郁滑順的獨特口感。保證100%天然原豆研磨，絕無添加奶精、奶精、防腐劑以及任何化學添加物。
Q5：為什麼沖泡嚴選杏仁粉時，表面會有薄薄的油層呢？
杏仁本身富含油脂，因此這是使用純天然杏仁粉沖泡才會有的現象，而嚴選杏仁粉是整顆杏仁帶皮下去研磨，杏仁的油脂更加豐富。
Q6：產品開封後要如何保存？
開封的產品，建議密封完後放置於冰箱冷藏，確保產品新鮮度。

Q2:出貨時間?大約多久能收的貨呢?
每個禮拜星期一至五，下午2點結單，2點後為隔日訂單，下單後3~7天送達(工作天數不包含假日)。如有其他指定時間請填寫於備註欄內，我們會盡力達到您的要求，如遇特殊狀況(天災、節慶、訂單過大…等) ，林銀杏國際有限公司保有修改商品到貨日期之權利。

Q4:如果收到的商品有損傷該怎麼處理呢?
若產品因運送過程導致損傷，請直接向宅配人員反應、務必請拍照存證以保障自身權益，並立即聯絡本公司專員(0800-000133) 或是加入林銀杏官方LINE好友，會有專人回復您。
Q5:消費多少金額可以免運？
單筆訂單折扣後金額$2,500(含)以上，免收取物流運費。單筆訂單折扣後金額未滿$2,500的訂單，需自行付擔物流運費$150，連同商品金額於訂單內向您收取。
Q1: Can people with allergic constitution consume your products?
Most of our company’s products consist almond and milk, we suggest people who are susceptible to allergies to be careful, and advise with your doctors first if you have further questions.
Q2: Can children consume almond powder?
You may try if your baby has started consuming baby food. We suggest you to pay attention to our product ingredient first if your baby is susceptible to allergies or has lactose intolerance.
Q3: What is the difference between selected almond powder and classic almond powder?
The main difference between our classic and selected almond powder is that they are made of different almond species. The selected wild almond is grind into powder with its skin, moreover, their density of unsaturated fatty acid is higher too. Its skin provides rich polyphenol, calcium, dietary fiber and vitamin E, which provides higher nutrition with a little bitter fragrance to it.
Meanwhile, the classic almond powder uses sweet almond, it has a sweeter taste to it and we provide two different flavors to choose from(with/without sugar).
Q4: Your almond smells great, did you add any artificial additives?
Our almond baking adapted the low temperature technique, we preserved almond’s natural fragrance without destroying its nutrient. We also adapted a special grinding technology, creating a rich, smooth, and unique flavor.
We promised that our almond is 100% original, without non-diary creamer, preservative or any other chemical substances.
Q5: why is there a slim layer of oil when I steep my almond?
Almond itself contains oil, this is the outcome of using all natural almond powder to steep tea, and because the almond was grind with its skin, hence there will be more oil.
Q6: How do I preserve my product after I opened the seal?
After opening your product, we suggest you to seal well and store it in the refrigerator, to ensure its freshness.

Q3: Delivery time? How long can I receive my order?
We close our order every 4:00pm (from Monday-Friday), any purchase made after 4:00 pm will be regard as the next day. After we receive your order, it will take about 2-5 days to deliver your products. We have the rights to revise the delivery date during special circumstances such as typhoon, national holiday or large orders.
